Love this kind of planting wish that I had the space....One of my favourite Hospitals garden has a similar design....certainly effective, and very pleasing on the eye...:))))

I believe it's Dogwood, Terra....

Plenty going on there in winter. All that grasses, heathers and of course dogwood. You're right Crissue - it's a dogwood - I think it is Cornus alba 'Sibirica' - vivid red branches in winter.
