I searched in several dictionaries and found what kind of fish it is. Yes, it looks like this :)

I love that opalescent bluey tint ,it's gorgeous , I don't have a Lalique fish I have a bird ,rabbit ,horse, naked lady, mouse and one or two other bits .........

Lit from underneath as it should be it flashes like a lightening Ridge opal; oranges, greens, blues and red.
