found these growing to my surprise the uva -vulpis is coming up but no sign of the f.pudica thankfully ...

F.Pudica normally dosn't show it's head till late feb, it's just that as F.uva-vulpis is showing i thought pudica would too..

SL is briza fairly hardy ?

yes it's a hardy annual Paul, so it should be fine :-)) mine stood -10 last year ..
