Cornus in Winter Garb

Have I discovered the True Original Burning Bush? This red hot flaming shrub has been burning for weeks but, 'Nec Tamen Consumebator'. A bit too far from Sinai is the side of the path at the Lis-na-Gelvin Shopping Centre, Derry where it grows, apart from late winter, rather unobtrusively.

Yes, I'm seeing this around and about, also the yellow one is looking great in big spreads. That is a fine tangle of scarlet.
