My 2 day efforts to start, then two half days on the first week end and 2 half days on the second week end. When my Grandson came in. Then the second weekend he brought a pal to help me wheel the gravel in and lay the membrain.While he moved the earth and built the final beds. These rugby matches kept intefearing!! but I was glad of the rest by then .It takes a lot to keep up with a youngster in his prime!!! I will go on quietly now in between the rain, that has been the biggest hold up. Just think of it no wellies clogged up with mud to harvest my labours any more! And hopefully not so much weeding.

I cannot wait now to plant my little Aubritias which are already waiting and Ground cover flox, around the edges of the perimiter little beds to trail down and more daffs and spring bulbs, possibly marigolds to keep the fly off my veg !! It has been fun planning, a challenge, but thankful for my wonderful grandson and his little machine. He says its pay back time Nan for all I have done for him. He has lived with us since he is 15 and now 21 not long moved out. They say good deeds are rewarded!!

Cant wait to see things in the Summer...Its going to be a beautiful Veggie Garden T....:>)
