Thankyou, Jill. It's come on a lot in the last few weeks after the great spell of weather. Getting greener every day and covering up the fences, which is what I am aiming for. It's just 3 years old with a long way to go. Patience, I tell myself!

The 'brick' edge is made from old granite cobbles (cassies) reclaimed by a local farmer from the coal yard at Aberdeen railway station. They are very heavy and they were very black when I got them, as you might imagine.

Lovely Ojib, is this your Koreana in the bottom right corner? Like the pine tree backdrop, very Caledonian.
