A very potent storm blew through this past weekend giving us San Diegans, the windiest, coldest, rainiest weather of the whole winter. We had been very lucky all winter, enjoying the spring to summer-like temps. Photo taken March 18, 2012.

It was pretty intense...however, no people injured. The yard looks like a big mess, but nothing too badly damaged. We were lucky to get the rain, as it's be extremely hot and dry this winter.
Today is beautiful and clear with temps around 72ºF/22ºC and tomorrow through Friday is going to be much warmer.

Yes, oooops! This happens at least once during winter...typically, not so late, though. This is the only storm we've had all winter, which is very unusual.

Thanks!
Nobody was hurt...it's wasn't that big of a storm. lol! Here in San Diego we rarely get big storms...most people from other parts of the U.S. consider our storms no more than a tiny bit of rain. We just don't get very much rain here. :>)
