I was successful with mine too,Homebird..all are almost as big as the parent now ..great,isn't it ? .so satisfying to create new life :o)

I did mine early Autumn,Bjs..a strong straight stem,about 12" long..cut straight across at the bottom,and inserted about 6" into a shaded area by a wall..Left them a couple of years,to give them chance to make some small roots..as although they had some foliage the first year,they don't make sufficient root system to move them..
