Shirley tomatoe plants

I have two packets of free tomato seeds that came with my gardeners world must get around to trying them!

I would if i was you, i did'nt think i would be able to grow anything like this but they are really easy.

love the smell of tomatoes when you walk in a humid greenhouse :))))))

As i have a couple of friends with alotments they give me plenty of veg and potatoes so i give them tomatoe and cucumber plants my way of saying thanks :))

Thanks Sandra, they are not bad mates and they are males aswell, so when any of them call for a cupper i give them a peice of homemade cake, as they will do me odd jobs in the house aswel, method in my madness :o)))

Good thinking Carol..a piece of home made cake works wonders..I used to make them ,when we were having the Conservatory built..but word travelled fast..so the plasterers,electricians etc,all knew ,when they arrived later in the week ! Lol.seemed to be baking for ever :o)

These look really healthy, Carol ... will you put them in Growbags or pots? ... I bought a couple of Growbags today but still need to get the Tomato plants!

I will be putting them in 9"pots.

Finally got mine planted in the Growbags ... :o)

Sorry Shirley at answering you back, just had visitors, its not rained here today for a change, but its really cold :((

Past couple of days have been chilly, Carol, wish it would warm up a bit .....

Shirley its been very sunny but very cold winds but its pouring it down today and very cold with it.

Same down here, Carol ... there is now a small puddle on one part of the grass in the back garden ... and the rain is set to stay for another couple of days ... :o(
