This is for Moonika, it looks very similar to some of the crafts she is photographing. Her husband makes the wooden tools. I find it fascinating!

if you go to this site:
http://translate.google.com/
then you copy in what moonika has said and google puts it into english for you [its not completely correct but it gives you an idea!!]

Actually, some of the Google "translations" are completely hilarious. She says that what we write back to her is pretty amusing, too.

It's interesting, isn't it? I expected Estonian to be more like Russian, which I used to be able to understand and speak a bit of, but it appears to be more like Finnish. (My Dad used to work for a Finnish company).

sorry i wouldnt know either way!! im useless at languages.

I know that Moonika has terrible trouble getting seeds for her love of gardening....She gave an extensive list of stuff that she can not get over there...Does that sound familiar Gattina?
15 Apr, 2012
Ever so slightly :-)))))
It's a fact that the British are the most consummate gardening nation in the world (as opposed to horticultural architects), and it's the nation's favourite pastime, so we shouldn't be surprised that we (well, you, then) have better access to seeds and plants than almost anywhere else. We (You) don't appreciate how lucky we (you) are.

Can we post some to her? Are they available here?
15 Apr, 2012

16 Apr, 2012
Ok, but there won't be any YouTube to find out how to do it!
Each of those squares had a different pattern of holes to make the pattern on the ribbon/belt.
