Ooooh yes, I see what a Red Baron is now!! Fabulous! Love the prostrate Yew as well....haven't seen that before.

Thanks Karen - I was happy to see it only £10.99 - being a lot of Taxus are at least £17 for a lot smaller ones. It tolerates full sun to full shade and is very hardy - excellent :))))))))))))) Grass coming through nicely too :))

For how long is the grass red like like that? Never seen it before - it's quite dramatic.

it's a summer grass Ojibway - about May to September it has a bright red top :)))))))))))

Iy you are up for it,G.mage..so am I ! Lol...They keep saying our generation are loaded, don't they ? :o)).

Lol B. anywhere there are shops, there am I ...... Paul have seen a 9cm.potted one on e.bay, (£3.95) is it worth buying, do they grow fairly quickly?

18 Apr, 2012

I'd prefer garden centres for plant buying - so you know what you're getting Grandmage - they're a little pricey around £6-£8 but worth it - they don't grow very fast but lovely colour :))))

I agree, at least you can touch/feel and see. Thanks Paul. Oh dear that means a trip out to the GC!!! Lol
