watched the squirrel yesterday, having taken off the lid of the new bird feeder it took him a couple of days to work out how to get across from the trees but he has of course worked it out and now he sits swinging on the feeder, taking out the fat balls and i saw him running away with the whole one ~ didnt realise he had taken it to your house Rose!!!

We bought squirrel proof feeders Stickie and they definitely work . He can't get into them, so now he justs jumps on it and shakes all the food out. At least the bigger birds can get some food now. Hubby said , that the big birds had bribed the squirrel to drop all the seed out! lol.

they don't work here the little squirrel could get inside it.

These feeders are good Stickie. Its a company called Coopers of Stortford. A little mail order book. A large seed feeder plus nut feeder . Buy one and get one free. £9.99. We have been buying off this company for years , and apart from them being shook, I have now had these for 2 years. The little birds can sit inside them without fear of any cats coming along and surprising them.

Ok , Stickie, there's some unusual bits in it as well. We've just sent for the steam floor mop and I get the meercats cheaper as a bonus! They'll be hiding in the garden for our little grandaughter to find.

No door Stickie. If you send for the book , you will get it sent to you every few months. You'll soon be thinking I'm on commision! Hehee!
