This is the first time it has flowered, its with me since 3 years. Its buds in April but they all fall off, don't know why.

That's strange! They bloom heavily here all year. Maybe because this one is in a pot...it may need some fertilizer.

They call this variety 'San Diego Red' here in San Diego.
