Nice to see flowers on it. I've had one for many years, but not one blackberry ... ever ! lol

Would this look nice as an ornamental shrub (with the added bonus of fruit), Pim?

I dug this out of my mothers garden just a couple of months ago..It seems to be happy. They do spread the same way Oji, but nowhere near as invasive. I took this because it is always covered in huge sweet Blackberries Hywel. I love how they look except in winter Karen..This is just a small 3ft cutting it used to cover the side of a shed.

It is a bit I dug out of Mums Garden just about two months ago. It is doing really well, and has new shoots coming on.

Do these spread by underground runners like the wild ones? I ask because I'm fighting with an invader at the moment, and it appears to be winning.
