Passionfruit vine flower in New Zealand.

I love this vine ... we have one growing vigorously in the courtyard garden of the hospital ward I work on. The flower is beautifully exotic & the fruit great to eat ... & looks wonderful decorating a pavlova.

Beautiful flowers! My neighbor has 3 fruiting varieties growing on their very long fence. I usually get bags of passion fruits from my neighbor. :>)

Last winter was so warm here in San Diego, my neighbor had lots of fruit. Sometimes that can be a problem. Very large vines produce hundreds or thousands of fruits.
