Just id this as a omphalodes (sp?) HB - no those are it's own leaves. Its in the pot with an azalea. The Azalea is just about to flower to I am hoping they will look good together.
This Azalea has been in the pot for 5 years - never a bit of bother with it. Just redress the compost and feed a couple of times a year. It was in my previous garden for about 6 or 7 years before that.
