I just moved this last week...it was hidden under things. It's a beautiful plant, but you really have to watch out for mildew on it. I haven't had to spray it yet and it seems to have improved since being moved, but I may yet have to spray it as there are still signs of mould on it. Likes a bit of shade, but here it is in full sun, so we'll see how it responds.....

It has gorgeous yellow flowers in the late summer/autumn Wilma. Lovely thing really.

Yes, it seems strange that it isn't more popular because it is a very beautiful elegant plant, but perhaps it is because of the mildew!

Or maybe it is because no-one can pronounce the name. :o)

Picked this up in the nursery the other day to ask what it was as I liked the foliage. Ended up buying it - what a coincedence you have shown it today!

Good choice Scottish. Might take a year or two to really get going, but you will get some flowers this year I'm sure. Watch out for mildew.

Karen - report on the milk solution.....
It hasn't taken all the mildew away - but it has certainly stopped it in its tracks (for now).

You really do find very unusual plants, Karen. This is really pretty and a lovely colour.
