Climbing hydrangea

I like this plant, I got one last year.

Hi, Sticki - you're up early!

Sometimes wake up early even when I'm not working!

I've got a soft spot for theseas well. It flourished where no other climber would for me.

We opened the front door the other day and could hear this really loud humming and thought we had a swarm somewhere - it was just the bees in this!

I love this plant. Mine is very so-so about flowering. I was feeling quite jealous about my mother's yesterday - I just love the way the clusters of flowers bloom, with the open florets around the edges.

Like the wisteria, this was already well established when we bought the house. I have no idea how old it is, but it certainly is a very energetic plant!

That was a tongue-in-cheek remark, Gattina, trying to quote from "Lark Rise to Candleford" (but now remember that Dorcas always used to say "that's my ONE weakness", and said it about loads of things)!!
