Miniature Allium??

My mum used to call these "drum-sticks"...she loved them... :)
...come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen them here...

That's nice,Lil...I haven't seen it in this colour before..mine are more of a burgundy shade..spreads everywhere ..love to watch the bees and butterflies on them :o)

Have a look at Allium Beesianum Bloomer another rather nice pale blue dangly one.

It looks like my Allium Caeruleum 'Blue Drumstick' which stand supright and flowers in June.

........Mine spread,Lil..but they are the smaller headed ones..a bit bigger than chives....yours looks to have a larger head..sorry,not sure if yours will spread..there I go,getting your hopes up :o)

I have had them 3 years now and have not found they spread, but they are reliable every year.
