Thanks Milky! I was sure that she was the clem that cooked it this winter...but here she is! Hurrah! hmmm...wonder which one IS dead?...there are buds which I think are the Warsaw Nike or Rosemoor....I know for a fact that the Tangutica didn't make it...only time will tell for sure. :-)

Thanks Scotkat...I have a terrible sneaking suspicion that the clem which is dead is one sent to me by my friend, Flcrazy. It is scented and I so wanted it to make it. :-(

Thanks Mw....she is peculiar...Karensusan63 and I have compared notes on her...she blooms sparsely..(one or two a season!), and she is a fav. of the rose chafers, as well as being a low climber. a bit of an underachiever!...but I was just amazed to see that she survived the move and the long winter when others I considered to be more hardy, did not.
