Rose garden yesterday.Bedraggled today!

Peeing down here too Meadow..such a change from yesterday! :(

Tell me about it, as soon as a rose comes on mine its either heavy rain or stronge winds or both of them :((

It is strange because some roses seem to have thrived in all this rain and yet others have really suffered and look sorry for themselves. I am in the latter category due to a close encounter with foxgloves!!!

The roses have done well this year though generally dont you think? Your rhapsody in blue is wonderful, really stands out. Did I tell you I got a hot chocci??

I brought in four vases of roses in bud and bloom yesterday before the rain arrived. The house smells lovely! It's just like a rerun of last summer for me up here...bleugh!

Well, yes, I suppose, but I'd much rather have them on the shrubs outdoors and be walking around sniffing them there!
