Oh dear.... so sad. are the bourbons repeat bloomers or is that it for this year? I love the large "cabbages"...will have to do a little research it's been a while since I found an interesting page on the old french roses...haven't been able to find it again...I bookmarked it on my other computer...but lost all that when it bailed on me almost a year ago (??) how time flies. In my other garden I had a very thorny "Therese Bugnet"...she scented the neighbourhood and according to a friend, is still doing so. I think I may look for one or maybe six ...to plant here near the road.
