Lychnis "Dusty Miller" for Amy

Thank you Carole it looks to be the same colour as mine so perhaps that is what mine is , I like that name 'Dusty Miller ' :o)

Think that could be the name of mine too,Carole..it didn't have a name when I bought it a few years ago..similar colour..looks nice next to the Choisya ...:o)

I love it Carol, and this year with all the rain it's flourishing well, even though it's a plant for the dry garden.....

I agree Janey seems to be at its best this year the white/pink one is too and the the soft grey foliage just goes so well with the other plants in the border ;0)

It does Carol, my White ones always done well, but the lovely pink not so good, but this year...gorgeous! It's usually called Rose campion, I haven't heard Dusty Miller before, only with silver Cineraria, but I think they're local names probably.

Pleased yours are doing well this year Janey, I have just Googled lychnis rose Campion and they are also called Dusty Miller too, but could be a loal name like you say that has stuck ;0)

Yes it has lots of names Carole, I've been dead heading mine too today, now that takes some faffing with....lol!
