Not as heady as the more common form.

LONICERA japonica 'Halliana'.. ? is sposed to have scent

Not enough yellow in it to be Halliana, looks very interesting.

could be Lonicera caprifolium that's a nice white one, not much scent during the day but night it's not bad... also called white Italian honeysuckle..

The flowers "fade" to a sort of off yellow colour.
