Is this just one Rose Gemma - the open flower looks so different? It's beautiful, is it scented too? :-)

Yes all these flowers (except the one at the top left) are growing from the same main stem, but the open one does look really different doesn't it?! Had to go out to check about the scent! ... but unfortunately there's none.
