Looks like quite a big bee to me, I do like the Aliums but I have been out staking them them this morning, the wind is very strong here blew a big pot of Laverters down the patio steps , Harry has put them in a more sheltered positon for me, the pots are very large and weigh a ton, you wouldnt think the wind would move them, probably because the Lavertera are very tall this year!

Thanks girls...I did zoom in a little,so I wouldn't scare him away..:o)..and I hope your plants and pots are ok,Carole..we haven't had it as windy as you,but torrential rain ,late afternoon..had a job to see through the windscreen,it was so bad...
