Scottish reminded me of the name of this. It comes up every year at this time. I always forget it's there. A very pretty blue flower...not a great pic because of the light.

It is such a dainty little flower and shows up lovely against the Physocarpus which is a lovely colour, does this flower too Karen?

Thanks ladies! The physocarpus will flower Carole, but not yet, it's only a baby. This one is 'Burning Embers'. I also have 'Diabolo' which has flowered nicely the last two years.

The Triteleia are lovely!
Never seem to be as common as they deserve to be.

It is a strange colour combination.......but really nice!!!

Well yes Linda, I suppose it is. It's similar to my new blue hydrangea beside my dark copper leaved rhody 'ebony pearl' I love the blue with the dark bronzy red colour....it works really well somehow.
