This is my tallest (10ft/3m) and largest plumeria which is in the ground in my backyard. It just started blooming, not sure why it always blooms so late. It's been in the ground since 2005 or 2006...not sure which year. Photo taken at night on August 18,2012.

It always blooms late and not very prolifically. I've had some set back with it, like a huge branches breaking.

Yes, It was 10 tall back then...now it's 14 ft tall and 24 ft wide.

I know...it's grown bigger than I suspected. Some varieties are dwarf and stay around 6 ft.

Very nice. I think it's better that one of them bloom at a different time than the others.
