Our 40th wedding anniversary present to ourselves

Thought you'd been painting again Sheila! I love this, it's so simple and effective. It reminds me of Wallander...do you watch that at all? In the first series his father was working on a lot of paintings of trees, mostly Birch wood I think, and I've never forgotten those paintings. I just love trees!!!

Thanks very much Karen, Julia and Yorks. This was actually bought a few years ago, so we celebrate 44 years next week! I should have said that this is made of metal (sort of 3D) and is meant to represent winter trees.

Congratulations Julia: where did you go on honeymoon? We went to Norway (Stavanger, then Hardangerfjord), but I've never met anyone else who's been there!
