Thank you everyone. They are getting rather large now, so have been taking cuttings today.

I think they do, am very pleased with it. This is the third year.

I don't really know when is best Sandra, I'm thinking they should have time to establish before winter, especially if we get that late summer !!!

where are you taking the cuttings from,

If the plant has grown enough there will be several rosettes formed round the outside edges of the plant. These are the ones that I take off and plant fairly deeply. It usually works.

The flowers come from a rosette of leaves Yorks. Its the rosette of leaves that you take off.

They look wonderful. I have just three plants in pots, and they have all done so well, I am on the lookout for some more, Thankyou for tips on taking cuttings. I shall have a go. My favourite is Kimono.
