Well Karen I didnt expect this to be in my garden either, think he was off course!
Paul, my conifers have been in our garden for a good thirty years and have got too big to handle, we might have to have them taken out :( or pruned really hard.

Just happened to see him land there Bampy and he was showing his true orange colour until I got the camera and he went shy on me!!!

Good photo of the moth Grandmage. We get a few different sorts up here but unless I look up the photos with the names on I can never remember them.

Lindak I didnt know this one either, Muddy told me so I edited the title!!

We get a special moth that has very colourful caterpillars with little tufts on that like heucheras and when there are too many on one plant I move some to another so that they don't desolate the plants. They can irritate the skin so I am careful how I handle them.

Lin, you have to be quite careful with some of them I believe, i dont like wiggly things so would only look from a distance. ;)
