Yes, they have turned out impressive, haven't they? These are from seeds I sowed in January I think, after a mouse emptied the original seedtray I sowed on Christmas Eve in the greenhouse on the allotment.

Glad you feel impressed with my efforts! I'm going to sow some more seeds this Christmas Eve & I hope that next year they will turn out to be at least as impressive as these ones from 2012!

This year I grew Onions from sets as the seeds I sowed on Christmas Eve 2012 didn't germinate. I got some very good onions as well!

Thanks for your well wishes, Jane. They did in fact do very well & I'm very pleased with the results form just one bag of sets. We should have enough onions to see us through to the spring at least!
