Yes, strange things happen. My rhododendron bloomed also in August and the rest of them died.

I had to look twice because I couldn't believe what I was seeing!
It's been a strange few months hasn't it? I am not surprised that even our plants are confused by the dull and wet summer- officially the wettest for 100 years! Officially the dullest for over 30 years!

I think we are all agreed....a strange year indeed!!
