Grown from a division in spring this year

This is the first year I've grown them and I don't know much about them except I love them! A neighbour in my village offered me some divisions and they've grown quickly to decent sized plants . They seem to have a long flowering period. Apparently they're fairly short lived.

It's a beautiful colour, looks as if it would be very attractive to bees, butterflies etc.

It is. I've done a bit of googling and they say it is one of the best for nectar loving insects etc

I do like this Aman, I haven't grown Agastaches, are they herb type plants?
