that would be lovely if I could, I like doing jigsaw puzzles too. Thank you Sticki, I cannot believe how nice it is out there today.

amazing isnt it! im sure you could get a jigsaw done somewhere on the internet and then you would have all that summer colour to look at in the winter by the warm fire!!!

I have put it on as my screensaver today so I can keep looking at it. lol. I could not believe how good the picture turned out, must be getting better with the camera at long last. lol. only had it 5 years lol.

It makes my garden look so drab ... the Lupins I planted from the GW magazine offer were supposed to light up a shady corner ... thanks to the SAS they were chewed down to the ground ... :o(

Perfection Olive....

Those dreaded snails and slugs - unfortunately the weather hasn't helped, they love it damp and warm I was getting away with it nicely, then every plant pot I have turned over has some hiding underneath. Going to pellet again, my cabbages are shredded, even though I pelleted the veggie garden.

That's a shame, Oliveoil, I emptied out some ceramic pots ... turned them over to get the last of the crock out ... each and every one had at least one snail attached! ... :o(((

They are the blight in all our gardening lives Shirley, no-one seems to be free of them. I wonder if the hot countries suffer the same as we do. When my chickens were free in the garden (not now) they seemed to keep them under control, the only problem with chickens is they love to do the chicken dance and scratched the garden up. lol. just cannot win. lol.

Well, we have GoY members in all parts of the world, hot and cold, so perhaps we should ask what their most annoying garden pests are! ... Probably some I've never even heard of ... lol!

thanks Phs, glad you like it, it does look tidy on this shot, the top borders are now ready for a good weed, so hopefully tomorrow will be sunny and I shall get out there with my little fork and do some tidying up. :O)

WOW!! Beautiful, I have hardly gardened this year especially with not much lawn to look after nowadays, the garden seems to be looking after itself.

ah there you are Michaella I was out in the garden pottering today and was wondering where you had got to. lol. now you are back.:O) Thank you - yes not a lot of looking after when no grass to trim. I have cut mine today so am hoping it is the last time. I have cut it short short so if it is going to be cold it will not grow too long from now on. Well here's hoping. Good to see you back. x B
