I had the same problem Hb ... blasted strong wind snapped quite a few ... but they last a while in a vase don't they? ... :o)

Hu Hb,
I dug my Gladis up this week, as we're redoing that part of the garden....and the Bulbs have grown huge, + all the tiny bulblets.....have started to plant them in drifts, it will be a nice surprise for next year as I mixed the colours in one sack...so won't know what I've got till blooming time....
