I love these mine are taking forever to open and are still in tight balls .......

Thanks all, I love Salvias I wish they were all hardy i've started moving some of thee more tender ones inside, winter on the way :o(((

Very pretty colour

There's a new one in this months Garden Mag . Ph it's called ' African Sky ' drought resistant from New Zealand aromatic leaves ,producing masses of sky blue flowers all summer ,prefers full sun ... at least thats the write-up ... 1.4 ltr pot costs £4.00 from Proctors Nursery ,Stoke -on- Trent . www.proctorsnursery.co.uk ... it doesn't say if it's hardy ! I doubt it if it's a sun loving plant ......

I'll keep an eye out for that one :o)
