Lovely gentians!

Hope I can keep them going! Year after year. Do they spread?

mine havent ~ in fact i dont think they flowered this year! :-( i think they like grit!

Lulu they spread quickly when they are happy, thats mostly in Scotland and the Himalayas.
Worth a try all the Gentians are beautiful.

I have put them for the moment, with lots of sharp grit in a round low pot! They are such a wonderful blue trumpet..

Mine isn't doing great this year. Think I have to repot it, plenty of drainage, do as you did - plenty of sharp grit around it and maybe a terracota bowl? Hope it will work:)
