Its nearly finished now though, but was very pretty while it lasted. Thanks for looking in, hope you are all managing to keep cosy and not getting too much bad weather.

Nope, no bad weather here, in fact, the garden has that 'growing a bit' look about it today. It rained heavy in the night, but has been nice all day. The days are so short right now though....I popped out to cut down the dead foliage, and now it's getting dark....10 to 4 :( Spent most of today in my pjs taking down all the decorations and cleaning....still, I'll be on holiday soon, so no complaints!

Let me know when you go off on your hols, then I shall not think you are not speaking to me. lol. :O)

I also took the decorations down this a.m. It looks so bare now .
We're of to Lanzarote at the end of the month , where are you going , Karen .

We are going to La Gomera. You get there by ferry from Los Christianos. It is very quiet and loads of hiking trails, hardly any tourist development....bliss!

We did pop over for the day once , and had a whistle-stop tour in a cab .
I think there is a sub-tropical forest there , would have liked longer to explore really .

thanks motti, there is another one about to open and it looks as if it is going to be the dark red one. Yay :o)
