Very nice Amy,How old is your plant? I had a few buds on mine but i've been working all the daylight hours so not had a chance to see if they are out yet, roll on Tuesday :o)))

I guess the plant is approx. 16 years old Ph . we didn't know what it was for a long time as we had been to a plant sale at Euston Hall ,we went with the intention of buying shrubs to start a new garden, this was in a pile of shrubs without names kind of pot luck ! the first time I realised it was in flower was because of the amazing scent I didn't know where it was coming from in the winter my nose led me to the shrub I'm so glad it was in the pile we chose ,this shrub is about 8ft tall , I hope you find flowers on your plant when you are able to have a look at it ... :o))

What a treasue Amy, and to find thats what it was....I love getting something you're not sure about and waiting to see what happens......I remember buying this £1 shrub with no label one winter and checking on it week after week till the leaves appeared, then I realised it was a bit of Beech hedging ......lol! What a great plant yours turned out to be, and scented too....:))

LOL never mind Janey , did you keep it ? one of ours was a copper beach we initially tried to keep it like a shrub but it wants to be a tree it's becoming to tall Tony has to take the top out every now and again !
