This is very early, not sure it will survive the bad weather we are due this week though...

Katrina yes it is flowering now, of course the common name lung wort, not that I shall be cutting it down to make potions!! last year the slugs got to it before it had a chance to flower!! so Iam just going to enjoy it this year.
Thanks ladies, the whole garden is full of buds about to open, a very early spring?.... or are they going to be nipped off by the frosts we shall see!!

I'm going to plant a couple of Pulmonarias at the front of my new shade bed. I'd like plants with silver leaves, I think. I've started looking, but so far, I've only seen 'Blue Ensign' which I have elsewhere in the garden. It's not right for the shade area...wrong colour, although it's actually my favourite Pulmonaria! I expect the GCs will have different ones in stock very soon, though.

B I have done a silver and blue border, finished it in the Autumn, so have not seen the full effect yet, put in some lavenders not sure they survived, they were far too small, silly me!! but this was not a shade bed quite the opposite, still waiting to plant have bought a lot of new evergreen shrubs, have just seen the forecast it is diabolical !!
