Red carpet pose? Did I miss something in school? Lol.

we roll the red carpet out for Very Important People here kat! celebrities and dignitaries ~ not sure if royalty have red or blue carpet??

Ahh, have you seen when celebrities are on their way to events like the Oscars or a film premiere, they often walk up a red carpet and pose for photographers? Sometimes they do a pose where they have their back to the camera then look back over their shoulder ... like this robin :)

Dear Sticki, dear Geranium@I of course know what and when red carpets are rolled out. Here we do it too for decades.
I was just not sure, what does that mean in connection with the robin´s pose. Now I see it has nothing to do with terminology from ornitology, it is just Geranium´s creativity. :))

Lol, I've obviously been looking at too many celebrity gossip magazines if I've started imagining my garden birds mimicking their poses :P
