Could this be a Siskin?

Pretty bird the Siskin. The lady siskins are quite plain but the gents have a smart suit of feathers.

Yes they are pretty but I have since been told this is a yellowhammer and 4 have been back already.

Same goes for the Yellow Hammer Scotkat. We have a yellow hammer in our shed but it doesn't sing. It is lovely to have unusual birds in the garden but they do have a hard life in a bad winter

It sure looks like a siskin, we don't get them very often but they have visited from time to time.

Definately a Siskin. Don't see them very often here.
