The view is fabulous Hywel, but it is high on the hill and it is also quite breezy.

National Geographic society claims that this region has the 2nd best climate on the earth 1st is somewhere in Kenya. There are about 20 000 Americans, Canadians and Europeans living in the area full time. We come only for the winters. Of course as anywhere else there are many other issues to consider. Safety is one of them.
I wish I would not have to travel so far for this climate.

I love it! I've seen homes with this type of kitchen in San Diego; however, this is the nicest.
