They're lovely grasses Karen - and a great combo of plants - the conifer in far back is lush!

As I said earlier Carole, I think you've had a much worse winter than us. It's been frosty, but we were largely let off from snow, and the ground hasn't been frozen too much at all. It's our coastal microclimate :)
