Yes Angie ,glad you still remember it.

I once had an argument with a cab driver because he would not take the skyway Junna - I had to pay the toll up front before he would join!
Is it still not so busy? Best road in the Metro Manila area due to the fact that few drivers take it!

I think maybe b'coz of the toll pay Skyway is 3x expensive than the ordinary toll pay. He wants to go down way for a smaller pay toll in that case he will take so much of your payment. For now still not so busy , You are absolutely right Angie , that's the very bad gestures of our countrymen here , they are very shameful to the other foreigners:-((((

These things happen Junna and believe me it is not the worse thing to have happened to me over then - we always have a good laugh at the not so good times too :)
