thanks friends...not to worry sticki...I do love where I am at least nine months of the year...Winter gets harder to take as I age. This winter we have had flocks of bluejays...and more of the little chickadees than we have seen in recent years. Both the bluejays and the chickadees are birds of the forest...so it says something about the availability of food in the wild. I have more pics of the Bj's and the C'dees but thought I'd save those for ISAB!
Sandra, my dear, I was raised to share.. I could send you a little box of Canadian snow if you would like..but it'd just be damp cardboard by the time it got to you! Aside of the benefit of a bit of the cold for certain perennials, I can't imagine that you would miss it a whole lot if you had the misfortune to get as much as we do here. . I know I wouldn't! and at your latitude too! be thankful for the gulf stream!

i'll keep a look out for a damp postie...lol i love our seasons Lori...such stark differences for each season...apart from the depths of winter our weather seems fairly similar..x
