No, too busy! I hope to get out to the desert this year to see the wild flower before it's way too hot! I don't have much time left...as it's been in the 90's and even close to 100 degrees, already.

Yes, I usually go up into the mountains first, then down into the desert. The desert is located on the eastern side of the Laguna Mountains.
