Yes, it has a trunk. I didn't get a photo of the trunk.
I did noticed how green it was in the background. I was going to make a comment about that...not sure why it's so green because we are so far behind on our normal rainfall.
The green will not last long, March is usually the last month we typically receive rain...then no rain until late November or December.

oh my...no rain till november....although we moan about the amount we get i'm not sure i'd like living without it for so long. as it happens we havent had much rain for 3 weeks here. i just looked at the forecast ,looks like we wil be making up for that tonight and tomorrow...

Yes, I live in a very dry climate...we celebrate when we receive rain. LOL!
You're lucky you receive rain all year. You probably don't have to water every day starting in April - Nov and beyond. Actually, every month of the year I have to water.
