They watched and they waited, these voyagers from within the earth, planning their conquest of the apartment...

They look good, nice and healthy :-)

They also need to go in pots

That was taken just before I potted them on guys, honest!
I was watching to see how long it would take, before their wee heads turned to the light in the main frame of the bay window.
That's the right-hand side of the bay & the wood frame of the main window can just be seen on the extreme left of the photo, ergo, I'm entering a plea of "not guilty" to the charges brought against me by the plaintiffs BA and Andrewr, if it please the court. Lol.
Thanks Surreylad, but they did it all by themselves. ;-)

Check my photo gallery, guys, lol.

Oh, they've been gold as gold, after I showed them the saute pan & er, I'll...well. the olive oil.
Should I start running now? Lol.

hahahahah! Light, give me a home in the ground...bless

It's like the Twilight Zone...I could swear they're staring at me, then, when I turn to catch them out, they turn back to the light. LOL!
Keep expecting them to make that rattling noise the Triffids made in the film. =-O

Fantastic Bill:-))))

I can see them doing that Mouldy!

They've sprouted a 2nd set of leaves today & I've left a PM asking Balconey if I should pinch them out, giving them their first haircut, though I should really call it a beheading, shouldn't I?

I left a note on Spenny's page, Lulu.
I think you, Spenny & Floralhead2 should hold an exhibition of your photogrgphic works, honestly, it's that good!

Aw at mate. Just got myself a Flickr account too!! All my old photos (1000's) of them are on my old computer. I may troll through and save a few...big job though.
This photo of yours gives me a smile every time I see it!
Good luck with the trim and repot!
22 Mar, 2013
Thanks, Lulu. ;-)
I was gonna bung them in my strip, too, but I guess nobody knew just how cold, or ferocious, this spell of bad weather would become!
22 Mar, 2013
They look like something from "way out there"! LOL! Let that be a lesson to you in the future!
I've answered you PMs.

How are they doing Mouldy?
26 Mar, 2013
Tell me about it, Balconey. Lol.
Yeah, I've seen them, buddy. Multo gracias.
They're positively radiant, Lulu & send you green vibes! ;-)
26 Mar, 2013
Good oh!
26 Mar, 2013
I told them I wasn't their messenger-boy, but they just sneered, Lulu.
Anyway, I'll pass your message on to them. Lol.
26 Mar, 2013
Feed me, re pot me!
27 Mar, 2013
Soon as they get bigger. Lol.
They seem to be waiting for me to stop watching them, as only one has sprouted 2nd set of leaves.
Hope I wasn't too optomistic about their survival! :-(
28 Mar, 2013
Don't feed them before you have them planted out into their final position for flowering - you'll only make them grow lankier & that will have a negative effect on them later. Repot them by all means but be prepared for a spurt of growth if you do. The best thing is to keep them cool, or even cold for the next couple of weeks, keep them frost free though. The last thing you want to do is to encourage more growth at this stage.
28 Mar, 2013
I'll do that, Balconey & thanks for all your help with the plants, not just the sweetpeas.
You're some guy!

The plot thickens!
31 Mar, 2013
As does the blood in my tired old brain, Lulu. ;-)
31 Mar, 2013
Take one brain thick with blood and dilute with tincture of hopp!

Good grief Mouldy, they're not getting much of a view from there. Put the poor little things nearer the window:-))
